Therefore, before undertaking a house clearance after death, we’ll listen carefully to your requirements and tailor our service to your specific needs and individual circumstances. For example, if you don’t wish to be present at the clearance itself, we can arrange the collection and return of the property’s keys to your own address. There may, of course, be items within the property that hold sentimental value for yourself or other family members. In these instances, we are happy to arrange delivery of those items to any locations you may wish. Also, when providing quotations for your bereavement house clearance, if there are any items that are no longer required by the family but have a resale value we will offset this against the house clearance charges on your final invoice. And if there are things you want to hold on to, but don’t have the room for, we can always keep them in storage for you.

When we undertake a house clearance of this nature, you can be assured that the property will be left clean and tidy.
